Planned Services
We are developing practical transportation options for healthcare organizations, beginning with approved specimen routes and medical supply deliveries. Each assignment will be reviewed for handling requirements, route feasibility, and operational fit.
Scheduled Specimen Routes
Recurring pickup and delivery of properly packaged, sealed laboratory specimens between approved clinics, hospitals, collection locations, and receiving laboratories. We confirm material classification, packaging responsibilities, temperature conditions, delivery deadlines, and receiving hours before quoting.
- Defined collection and delivery windows
- Focus on approved, properly packaged laboratory specimens
- Coordination with receiving lab intake desks
- Direct communication on route progress

Facility-to-Facility Medical Deliveries
Transport of agreed nonhazardous medical supplies, packaged equipment, and other approved healthcare materials. We define size, weight, handling, and security requirements up front. This is a courier service only, with no installation or clinical handling.
- Documented chain of custody and signed handoff
- Nonhazardous, packaged healthcare supplies and diagnostic goods
- Defined dimensions and weight thresholds established in advance
- Direct delivery with no unauthorized stops

Backup and Overflow Coverage
Supplemental support for a facility's existing courier arrangements during agreed service windows, accepted only within confirmed capacity.
- Scheduled overflow windows for high-volume lab days
- Supplemental transport when internal courier capacity is constrained
- Pre-agreed service scope, protocols, and contact protocols
- Subject to confirmed operational readiness

Urgent and Regional Runs
Time-sensitive local deliveries and individually quoted West Texas routes when the required timing, transport conditions, and backup arrangements can be met. This is courier service, not ambulance or emergency-response service.
- Individually scoped and quoted regional transport
- Clear delivery feasibility confirmed prior to accepting assignment
- Serving communities surrounding Lubbock across the South Plains
- Courier transport model only

Donation-Related Support
We are open to exploring approved specimen, supply, and equipment transfers with donation organizations, developed around each organization's written requirements.
- Strict adherence to organization's written standard operating procedures
- Documented handling checklists and direct contact protocols
- Focused on approved logistics and non-surgical support materials
- Individual operational reviews for every prospective partner

Not part of our initial offer
To protect operational safety and focus on core competency, the following items and services are outside our initial service scope:
Assignments are reviewed individually. Specialized organ and tissue transport is not offered.
Tell us what your facility needs moved, where it needs to go, and when it needs to arrive. We will discuss whether the proposed assignment fits our developing service.
